I can't transfer funds. When i try to link a bank it asks me to link a US bank account, which i do not have. I opened another account and selected my country and everything, but I've ran into the same problem, what can i do?
The option to add a bank account is unfortunately not available in every country. If you only get the U.S option then you can't add a local bank account.
The U.S option is for U.S ex-pats living internationally. Paypal allow them to add a U.S bank account to most other Paypal countries accounts as Paypal is a U.S company.
In your country I believe you can add and fund purchases via a visa credit card.
