Bank account linking error.

I created a new account. I tried linking my bank account but it always shows an error. I've tried linking the same bank account on other paypal accounts. It seems like i need to remove the bank account from the previous paypal account. How do i go about doing that?

You are only allowed 2 paypal accounts and only then if x1 is personal and x1 is business.
