This is concerning a Business Acct: I see "money in" from the few sales I've had but my "Paypal balance" shows as $0. Why is this not part of my balance?

Hello @cic4you,
Welcome to the PayPal Community! I'm sorry to hear there's some confusion regarding the "Money in" section and your Balance. The "Money In" section reflects the funds you've received over the last 7, 30, or 90 days. Your Balance reflects what funds are currently in your PayPal account.
I hope that helps!

k, then how do I use the money in? this might seem like a dumb question but why would my money coming in not be in my balance to use? Or am I missing something right in front of my eyes.
tks for responding

Hello @cic4you,
Sorry for the confusion. Your PayPal balance is normally the first funding source used for transactions. So if you haven't already transferred your funds out of your PayPal account, it's likely the funds were used for a recent transaction.

One more dumb question:
If I look at my money in balance I see 100 dollars as an example
My Paypal balance is 0
I look at all my activity and what I spend comes from debit card from a banking source
I see nowhere how to go about getting the 100 dollars.
sorry to bother you again. i just started recently and working through a learning curve

Just to clarify a bit further, the "Money in" section is just for reporting, not a separate balance outside of your PayPal balance. The "Money in" came into your PayPal balance and was either transferred to an outside funding source or used in a transaction. If you're unable to find the transaction where your balance was used as a funding source, I'd recommend reaching out to our Customer Support teams by clicking "Contact" at the bottom of any PayPal page. They're also available through Twitter direct message or Facebook instant message.
Good luck!

ok, I have it figured out although I had to drill down in the transaction to see that less was taken from my debit card on some transactions based on my money input. Not too intuitive but I have it figured out. Thanks for taking the time to help.
