Need help for a business account for shopify

Hello friends, 

I am starting a little eCommerc business in shopify but, I live in Kosovo where paypal its not available, so is there

any chance to open a paypal acc on other country (Switzerland) where i do have some relatives and use their info,addres,name,billing addres

and everything, and do i need to open a business on switzerland to get my paypal acc confirmed so i can start getting paid by paypal or I just

need a simple account to work with shopify.

If you can help I would appreciate it so much, thank you.

currently your Albanian paypal account is therefore illegal /

your country is not authorized by paypal / Kosovo
this does not allow you to use another country /
you must open an account from the resident country: CGU paypal /

paypal will ask for a particular account:
identity card or passport front / back.
valid proof of address: electricity bill ...

for a pro account, in addition, siret of the company, and therefore his country.

all documents must correspond to those of the open paypal account /

surname / first name / age / address / country / company

all falsifications, will lead to a permanent restricted account, and blocking of funds 180 days
