Transfer Completed But Didn't receive the money on my bank

 I requested the money transfer last April 6 but usually I will get my money today April 10 but still the money is not added on my bank.

This is not the first time I withdraw money but this particular case my money is still no there.

Please help. Do you need the trans id?
