Does that mean there's no reply I will get when I contact support via email?

 

Its actually 3rd time I contacted support via email

 

Help > Contact > Email

 

Last I submitted a ticket was July 14,2016.

We dont use facebook and twitter, we use email for business communication.

 

We also rarely post in forums.
