Making Payment

Hi. Last time I have make payment to someone or something with the name of Goga. How do I know the person in details? This happened when I was busy searching the net and found this website that tells - when I pay this, I will get that. But until now, I don't get anything. Can I trace that "Goga" in details?

To find the contact details for a seller:
