I cant use the money i have on paypal. Cant purchase anything and cant send it for personal payments. I've only logged in on my desktop/laptop & mobile. Message center isn't really that fast with the response so im here. This is the first time that i've experienced this. My account isnt limited, and i used to be able to buy and send money. I urgently need to buy something and send whats left to my father's account.
