I recently moved and wanted to update paypal with the new address. I couldn't figure out how to unlink my debit card from my old address so I decided to remove the card completely from my wallet and re-add it. Big mistake: when I tried to add the card again, it wouldn't let me, saying the card isn't accepted. I've made many purchases in the past through paypal using that card so what gives?
Extra details if it helps anyone: I don't have a bank account linked to my paypal, just that one debit card (that I removed and couldn't link to again). The debit card isn't confirmed?(is that the word?) so I didn't go through the process of adding the 4 digit number from the card statement but I have used it with paypal succesfully depite that.
