wrong person received funds, cannot get refund

I sent money to person and it was not correct contact, and it was "friends N famliy"  cannot get refund

Unfortunately you have 0 protection for friends/family payments which paypal tell you during the payment process.

As you have sent a 'gift' of money to someone all you can do is reach out to them and ask if they will refund the sent funds as it was in error.
