Just recently, past week or two, on certain online shops (which I have visited many times over the past years) a new window may open and the URL is "https://www.paypal.com/credit-presentment/experiments/local?uid=uid_.........................."
The page shows blank but it takes me away from the online shop and I have to click the shop tab to get back to the page I was on.
Seems odd to just start happening, is this a security issue, ?
Is there a way I can stop this from happening
