wheres my money in PP account

Hi all, i have an issue, i had Paypal since 2008 and never had any problem,i usually transfer small money to my Paypal from my bankaccount for top up for buying things in Ebay ,like 20 dollars never had any problems, this month i tried $10 from another bank i have, monday 10 June it was withdrawal and still not in my Paypal account, and also i transfered $150 from my normal bankaccount wednesday 12, and also there its not in my account, normaly it take 1-2 days but now i got worried,what happened no message from Paypal its in hold or anything

You never need funds in your Paypal account balance as a buyer. When you purchase an item then Paypal credit the seller for you, this is so there is no delay in the despatch of your item. Paypal will then take the wait for the funds to automatically transfer to reimburse them from your linked funding source.
However they only take that 'risk'  of crediting the seller upfront if you pay by...

1. Bank transfer but have a back up card linked to your account as well.
2. Debit or credit card.
If you have option 1 but have no back up card linked then your payment may go as an echeque and you and the seller will have to await clearance.

However as you did top up then..........

Ehh did you even read my post, i already know that , but my question was not about that, pls read my post again ,twice, it was more where my money went,no messages from PP thats in hold or freezed,never had any problem before in 15 years but suddenly now i cant transfer money to my account?
