i would like to contact paypal to stop charging me product and services fees, how do i go about it? i will like to have an option to switch to family and friends from product and services when making payment.
Its against the rules to use the friends/family option to purchase anything, its only available for sending 'gifts' of money to someone and that option negates any buyer protection.
Secondly I don't think the friends/family option is available in your country.
