Applied for a Paypal Pay in 4 that it said I was pre-approved for. It took 58 bucks out of my account and then denied me due to "amount of requests."
So far it looks like it has stolen 60 bucks from me and then refused to give it back, and when I try to dispute it it gives me the message "We're sorry, you can't file a case on this type of transaction." and tells me to kick rocks.

I ended up going through their call center and resolving it. Absolute pain in the **bleep** to get there but once I was it was handled. Still positively miserable.

I have received that stupid message because PayPal refuses to return a hotel deposit and when I click on it to dispute it it says that silly message you can't dispute this type of transaction. Why can't we dispute our transactions? Why do they make it so difficult to get a hold of anybody over there? Good luck on your fight man at least you're only out 58 bucks but still 58 bucks is 58 bucks! I've been a PayPal customer for a long time and I'm getting tired of being treated like crap I don't know about you but I think not being able to dispute a transaction is their way of saying too bad so sad. It's really unprofessional. I hope you're able to get it worked out take care and God bless.

Try reporting them to the consumer financial protection bureau I had good luck with them when a bank **bleep** me out of $1,000 and they will fight on your behalf for free. I hope you're able to get it worked out take care and God bless.
