“ hyper redemption email address”

An app I have won money on and am trying to redeem wants my “ hyper redemption email” and that the money I am redeeming will go to my PayPal account. But I have no idea what a hyper email is or how to get one . Can anyone help ?

Its normally the email address you log into your paypal account with that identifies that paypal account.

I’m having the same problem, I’m trying to redeem money From an app, they want my hyper PayPal email address. What is this? Can someone help me? Has anybody had this problem before? Has it been resolved.? Thanks for any information. You can give me.

I understand what @Fireater63 is asking.  I am having the same issue. I am entering the email address I use for PayPal login, but I get the error message asking for the hyper email. I even tried the @ address under my profile. I searched Google for “hyper email” and came up with the same thing as this thread. Only, Google didn’t try to make me feel like an idiot.

In a text edit/word processing app (I use Notes on my iPhone) type the email address associated with your PayPal account. Then select/highlight address and open pop-up menu (copy, cut, paste) arrow right to select Add Link, an Edit Link pop-up box opens. In the first field replace email address with your Paypal.me/ link. Close Edit Link pop-up box. Select/highlight your email address, copy and paste into htyper field. Test to make sure link is working and that it takes you to PayPal
