help understanding PayPal fees

Hello,
I have been struggling to understand PayPal fees for my needs, so I breakdown all the fees and conversion rates in a spreadsheet, could you guys have a look and correct me if there is anything wrong with them. I'm not totally sure about the values on red. Thank you in advance.

I have a business account and am based in UAE (AE).

Regarding the fees applied to payments, I would recommend visiting our website where all of the fees applicable are outlined as appropriate to your region.
