what info do i need to Submit to access my funds because the fund was for family support not for a purchase

As you don't have the friends/family option in your country then all payments are classed as payments for goods or services ie goods/services.

As such you would be subject to the new seller hold regardless of whether you have sold something or not as that is how the payment was sent.
