cant add funds

hello,

i got a chargeback and my balance is in minus now, i want to do a refund to the person but i cant add funds to my account, what can i do ?

it must be solved as fast as possible, thanks

You can only add funds via a U.S bank in your country and not a local bank.

So you can either follow the advice in this link.

OR you can ask a friend or family member to send funds to your paypal account to credit the negative balance.

However if you don't have the friends/family option in your country (don't think you do) then they would have to send enough to cover the negative balance + the fee element.
