canstopckphoto.com payment returned from paypal

i should receive money from canshockphoto.com some amount, they told me:

Your recent PayPal payment has been returned to us by PayPal.   The funds have been returned to your CanStock account.

If you are unsure why the payment has been returned, please contact PayPal directly for clarification.   The error code returned to us was "PP_14764".

This transaction is blocked due to regulatory compliance restrictions.

As you haven't added your country to your profile (so we can see when we hover over your username) or said in your post which country you are in so unfortunately its hard for us to advise.
Paypal varies a great deal country to country so you need to tell us where you are on this worldwide community forum.

Have you added a credit visa and confirmed it on your account as you are in one of the countries that has to do that to accept funds.

Also set up the auto-withdrawal of funds option in your paypal wallet.

i'm on paypal about 15 years and almost every month i receive amount from different photo stock agencies to my account and yes i have added visa electron card and is confirmed and yes is set up the auto-withdrawal, ther is no problem with that, my problem that canstockphoto.com mail me that they receive back money that they send
