Hello, my brother bought something over my paypal account, my balance is now -7,44€, my bank has declined the payment, because i've just got no money, and i wont get some money for the next month, i already contacted google play, because he bought something in an game called "brawl stars", they said they cant give me an refund. What sould i do? I just cant pay

Maybe keeping your paypal password / information secret from others may be a start.

If the debt is not paid then normally paypal will limit the account and pass the debt on to a debt recovery agency.
