I used a credit card in my wallet to send $200 to a GoFundMe account. The credit card was charged and the amount was received by GoFundMe but it is not listed in my activity history. I need to be able to print out the invoice details as it is for a business account.
Any ideas on how I can proceed. I tried the AI chat box but could not get across what I wanted.
If you bought something online with a debit or credit card and didn't log into your Paypal account then of course it won't show on that Paypal account because you bought as a guest buyer.
The seller/site would have processed that payment using their Paypal 'card reader' and so Paypal would show on your bank or card statement.
Advice is voluntary. Kudos / Solution appreciated.
I did log in. When I chose to donate, I clicked on the PayPal button, it said it recognized my device, I chose which credit card to use and donated the amount I wanted to. I had donated with a different credit card earlier, my personal card and not the business card I used this time, and had no problem. That donation is in my activity list.
