I agreed to buy items from Swanson total amout of $26.05.
A day later, PayPal emailed me that they paid to seller $29.01. without my permission.
In addition, PayPal entered another $2.96 pending payment to Swanson without my permission.
Pending of $2.96, because it is pending, there is nothing I can do.
When I report a problem for $29.01, I have to put the total refund amount of $29.01 but, the paypal stoopped me from entering $29.01 saying,
"Expected total refund NaN". i CANNOT PUT TOTAL REFUND AMOUNT THUS THE SYSTEM DOES NOT LET ME COMPLET THE REPORTING OF FULL REFUND. WHAT SHOULD I DO?

This was very frustrating. I avoided a refund for months, but I think I accidentally found a fix. Remove the shipping cost, and if you can't, close the tab, reopen it (ctrl+shift+t), and it will say we saved your information. Press continue and now you should be able to change all fields except the total.
