Why is my payment on hold?

Hi. I created a new paypal account and my payments are on hold. How do i get the payments released?

Is there any way to get it released faster or do i have to wait? Also i want to know what happens if a customer files for refund during the time my payment is held? It won't happen but im curious.

I gave you the link on how to get the funds released faster.

A dispute being filed won't make any difference really because if you lost a dispute you would still have to refund even if the funds were in your bank account.
