I am unable to cash a check and when I finally got in contact with customer support to find out why, they said it was because they don't cash checks in the state of New York, but I live in Pennsylvania. How do I fix this? My time zone might be set to New York but that's about it, my address has never been in New York and has always been Pennsylvania.
