Why do my transfers suddenly keep getting denied?

Hello,
I've had 0 issues with withdrawing money up until this point. The only thing that I had to change recently was my currency because PayPal randomly switched to the one I don't use in my country, on my card. I withdrew a small amount in that currency because I didn't realize it was the wrong one (EUR) and that was sent to my card without a problem. Since then, I have managed to figure out how to switch back to the currency I use, but now PayPal won't let me transfer funds to my card. It gets denied, I get an email saying "Your transfer could not be completed". I've withdrawn funds many times before, my card info is up to date, everything is in order and the only recent change was that issue/glitch with the wrong currency.
What should I do? How do I fix this? Does anyone know... I'm quite desperate at this point, it's been two days.

1. Clear cache and cookies.
2. Attempt to login through the device, location or IP address more consistent with previous account activity
3. Use a different browser or device.
4. Activate location services in your device or in the browser.
5. Ensure the account is not being used using VPN or hosting IP.
6. Wait 48-72 hours and try again.
7. try a smaller amount.

Thank you for responding @PayPal_Craig , but the issue still persists.
I've waited for more than 72 hours and managed to withdraw a small amount of money, but obviously that isn't enough right now. Normally I always withdrew smaller amounts like this, but now I'd like to completely transfer all of my money from PayPal to my card and it won't let me, I keep getting the same error notification.
Like I said, everything else is in order, I've updated my card information even though it didn't need updating, double checked all of my info, everything seems to be just fine.
