Why PayPal till now they not transferring my salary into my new PayPal account?

Hi I already called PayPal and talk to representative their because I can't open my old PayPal account they advice me to create new PayPal account inorder to transfer my fund from my old PayPal account to my new PayPal. I already did create.account.Untill I don't rcvd my money . THe customer representative told me if there is no problem they will transfer my money into my new PayPal account but till now I don't get it. I need my fund badly because that's my salary for paying all my bills. I need an answer ASAP.. thank you

@kernowlass I already did mess the PayPal facebook and twitter they said call the hotline but the hotline always busy and also I mess the help center in PayPal. Need to transfer my money in my new PayPal. 🙏

There is nothing we can do unfortunately, as I have already said only customer services can help you with account issues.
