I understand that you're looking for the payment with the help of the transaction ID on the account. Please note that the easiest way to view your entire transaction history is to log in to your PayPal account and go to the Transactions section. There, you'll find all transactions. If you wish to view past transactions/statements, there's an option to view your transaction history, please take a look at this help center article.
