Unable to add money to my one paypal account using my desktop. My other account I am able to do this. Had this account over 10 years. Numerous attempts at fixing this issue. Over a week now.
Getting error: "Things don't appear to be working right now".
No kidding.
What has Paypal changed to make this happen?
I can't be the only one with this issue.
A matter of act, when I went to submit this using my one problem Paypal account, I was getting an error trying to submit this info. Had to log back into my WORKING Paypal account to submit this.
