Two Profile or Billing IDs for the same automatic payment?

Hi,

Last year I setup automatic billing at a go-karting venue. They had issues signing me up. When they did, I was issued two Billing or Profile IDs through Paypal. I cancelled automatic payments last summer. But it only cancelled one of the IDs. I still get billed monthly, with email confirmation and bank account withdrawals.

 

The second ID is not listed on my paypal profile. There is nothing listed under active automatic payments. When selecting the "show inactive" bubble, I find my cancelled automatic payment for the one ID I successfully cancelled, but not the other. I keep receiving payment updates through the [Removed] email using this seemingly hidden Profile ID, but it doesn't show up within the Manage Automatic Payments page on my paypal, so I cannot cancel it.

Welcome to the PayPal Community! I'm sorry to hear you've run into some issues cancelling a recent payment profile. I'd recommend reaching out to our Customer Support teams to try to see what options are available for this payment profile. I'd also recommend reaching back out to the merchant to see about a refund for that charge. You may also want to see if the option to open a Billing Dispute is available for that transaction
