Trial subscription + auto switch to expensive, ongoing monthly charges.

I'm a victim of Koflimin Limited's (Wisey) ADHD resource service. I took their trial subscription, but was unaware of the Auto renewal and the ongoing monthly charges (at least my ADHD brain had not registered the fact). I'm as poor as a pauper right now and am in no way able to pay these extra charges. Anyone else have this problem? Can I get a refund from PayPal or do I have to go to the provider?

Check if you had a subscription set up and cancel it?
Click on the profile / settings tab (icon next to log out) > Click on payments third option along on the thick blue band top of page > "manage pre-approved payments.''
