Hello. Question about transaction and balance. I went to pay for a product that came out to $21.00. My paypal balance was $23.45 and when using my paypal debit card to pay it was declined. I tried taking $20 out of an atm and was also declined. I have used that card at the same location several times before. Is there anyway to fix that issue as there is enough in the account to cover it. Thank you!
