Transaction cancelled by PayPal

I received money from a customer, bu PayPal cancelled this transaction, they wrote "We've completed our review of the transaction below and found the payment may not be authorized by the PayPal account holder or may be the result of suspicious activity. As a result, we’ve cancelled this transaction." How to confirm that this transaction was cancelled in error and this transaction ia authorised by me?

You need to contact customer services to resolve any account specific issues.
Click help / contact bottom left of Paypal pages for options available for your country.

Or have you considered contacting Customer Service via Facebook or Twitter?
