Transaction Error - Please Help?

What does this error mean? Is it a legit business? I am trying to pay through PayPal from the company and get this error to please try again later…. Things don't appear to be working at the moment. Please try again later. This is what the webpage address goes to when paying: https://www.paypal.com/webapps/shoppingcart/error?flowlogging_id=f732114b2c583&code=NO_BUSINESS
