To change or cancel your agreement with .... log in to your PayPal account, go to Profile, and click My money. Update your agreement in the My pre-approved payments section. Tells me to do this but i have no clue where the "my money" section is thanks for any help!

That would depend on the country you are in (which you have not said) and which paypal account type you have.

Oh, well I am the the united states, and I have a non business account. Not sure if that's what is meant.

Click settings cog next to log out > payments in the pale blue band under dark blue top of page > manage automatic payments.
