There is no transfer money option in Paypal Wallet

Hello!

There is no transfer money option in my PayPal Wallet. How Does it work?

Click on transfer below your balance and the option to withdraw funds should be there.

Thanks, but I found out that the option is only available in PayPal account in the browser, not in the phone application.
