I'm a freelance illustrator from Indonesia and I use PayPal as my primary payment method. I've been doing this for a year now, but recently my clients reported that they have been having an issue in PP, that shows "The country you're trying to send money to can't receive this payment". However, only some of my clients receive this message. Some others don't have any issue and send me the payments without this message shown. If my country is the issue, then all my clients wouldn't be able to send me the payments (my clients come from multiple countries btw). I don't understand how/why only some of my clients have this issue.
I ended up using the platform ko-fi (paypall too) as payment, and fortunately it works fine. However, Ko-fi takes a few dollars as platform fee, so I want to avoid using any other sites for payment.
Does anyone have this issue? How do I fix this?
