Sending money to email account and another name comes up.

Chose my wife's email as someone to send money to, and the Name Robert Zebrowski came up with my wife's email below. Not understanding.

Check the email address to see if there was a very slight spelling error or misplaced dot that would make it the email address of someone else?

Why would this come up when entering her email?
