Hello,
I placed an order for a garage speaker back on 1/6/2024. The transaction sat idle, no product was shipped, no contact from the company after numerous attempts, and now the transaction is listed as Expired/Voided.
The money was never returned to my Paypal account and the system will not allow me to dispute the transaction.
The AI Chat also told me it could not dispute the transaction.
Has anyone run into this?
