Receiving Funds :(

Am from India and , getting this problem when someone from foreign country tries to pay me -- WE ARE SORRY THIS RECEIPT CAN`T ACCEPT PAYMENT RIGHT NOW , so i got into my account and then see that my bank is not confirmed but that's not the prob , I can still receive in PayPal balance later I will confirm and withdraw in my bank , then in seller tools i got into payment receiving preferences and enabled this one 1st - Yes, accept and convert them to U.S. Dollars. Additional charges apply and 2nd this - No, allow multiple payments per invoice ID then it was saved automatically , but then i seen on upside popup was showing this -- Your identity verification is pending Complete this to pay and get paid. ,, : I want to know that if i will complete this correctly , then i can receive my payments from worldwide ??? Plz anyone tell me fast , I can't get my payments :((

I do understand that you are unable to receive payments on your PayPal account. Please reach out to the Support Team during business hours by clicking the contact us option at the bottom of PayPal page to get help with your issue. If your unable to login or are not in access of your PayPal account, you can connect with us via phone call as "as a Guest" (this does not require you to sign in to your PayPal account).

OR...

To receive payments in your country you have to add and confirm a bank account to allow the auto withdrawal of funds as per link.

You can't manually withdraw funds in your country. Check out the link.

Secondly to receive funds have you done this......
