i have CBD (Commercial Bak of Dubai )account in UAE. i have linked account successfully. but when i have withdrawal in my Bank Account. after many days waiting the payment was failed and return to my PayPal account. i was also put my bank details was correct. but i can't understand why payment was fail. if anyone know about this problem. kindly help me

Does the name on your bank account exactly match the name on your paypal account?
Did you confirm your bank account with the 4 digit code after adding it as per link?

Have you added a local bank account registered in your country? Only some countries cannot add local banks only cards?
If you can't add a local bank then have you tried to add a U.S bank? (Paypal allows one to be added in most countries as they are a U.S company). If so then it has to be a bank opened in the U.S and not a virtual/digital bank like Wise or Payoneer.
