I have confirmation from a company (Duelz Casino) that they have processed a refund to my account which i am owed. However the refund has not arrived, since it has already been processed by them ( Which i have email proof) i'm yet to receive it, and now they wont respond to any of my further emails. The amount of refund is £120 and it was supposed to go into my account instantly. Since i've already placed many transactions with them ( which i know are not protected under paypal buyer protection scheme since its gambling ) however since i have correspondence from them stating they have issued it what are my options here.

Did you get a paypal email to say a refund had been sent to your paypal account?

I have the same issue. My refund is missing. My paypal account shows it is already deposited back to my credit card but it's not showing in my CC account. Instead they charge $13 which I figured the difference in currency conversion. So, there must be a mistake in transferring. It's a month now and I can't contact them. If you call them, an AI agent will answer and they can't understand what you need to verify. I figure there is a mistake in transferring the amount because it is done automatic and only a real person can check it.
Is there anyone there has the same issue and solve it? We will appreciate if you share to us how to solve this.
