How can we get hold of a real agent with paypal. I have a refund that said already sent to my dredit casd but it's now credited there. I already called my credit card and they confirm they didn't receive refund from paypal. I tried to contact paypal but I always end up with a machine. Machine can't verify where the refund go? Better to speak with an agent.
