Purchase made not showing up in PayPal and card was charged.

I made a purchase online on Epic Games but the purchase did not go through, and also my card in Paypal was charged, and I couldn't find the payment in my transactions

First of all, welcome to the PayPal Community Forum! 

I understand you have made a purchase but this is not showing up on your PayPal Activity, I know this must be confusing and concerning. 

It sounds like you may have checked out via a PayPal guest account. If you did not sign into your account while checking out, this transaction and payment will be made via a guest account. 

You should still receive an email to the email address used when checking out with your transaction information.

Hey I have the same problem. I made a purchase on war frame epic games, but did not receive the product. Did you get your problem resolved? If yes how long did it take.
