Problem with receiving payments

A couple of transactions are causing an issue, 

1. A regular buyer has made a payment, left his bank on 9/9 still not received in our Paypal account, 

2. A new customer tells me he has a payment in his Paypal account waiting for me to accept?? 

Any help will be appreciated

If its showing as unclaimed on the senders end then its an email or currency issue.

Have you added a new email account recently or get the senders to check that they have not made a spelling error or typo sending the funds to that email addy?

Thanks, customer has contacted me, he spelt our account incorrectly.

I made a instant transfer today of 20.63 and it has not yet gone into my debt card it work the last with no hassle tried contacting my bank they say to contact PayPal need help
