Only June 20th I ordered two pair of shoes I ended up canceling the order within 5 minutes. It has been 6 days now an I was told on the 6th day the pending authorization charge would automatically fall off, an it has not. I’m getting a little frustrated because I want my money back.
When you pay a company then it is often pending or awaiting authorisation until that company processes your order and captures the pending payment.
If they don't process the order and capture that payment then the pending status times out at 30 days post-payment and returns back to your funding source. However sometimes the seller can void the transaction from their side and you get the funds released more quickly.
Advice is voluntary. Kudos / Solution appreciated.
