Paypal to BPI transfer issue

Hello everyone! I have made a transfer from Paypal to BPI and I used my card number since my account number was not been accepted when I scan and manually input my number. The problem is the transaction was completed but the funds I transfered from Paypal to BPI wasn’t reflected. The status was set to transfered but It wasn’t added to my BPI. Is there any chance how to get back the funds? It was my last money after I got fired and I really need it. Thanks!

Same here hope someone can help us just transfer june 24 2024 now current date june 27 2024 the transaction complete but it does not added on my bpi bank account

You shouldn't mention the bank where you hold your funds. Anyway, to accept transfers from paypal to your bank you need paypal to make a small transfer into your account then you got to the homebacking page or your locally and ask for the amount. Go to your paypal and enter the amount.

Actually they need to tell us the bank they are using so we can make sure its not a virtual / digital bank or one not paypal supported. As long as they don't give account information then nothing wrong with it.

 

Secondly they must have confirmed their bank or the transfer would not show as COMPLETED.

 

Lastly for @Vincent_13  read the link for the timescale for withdrawals in your country......

Hi Vincent, Were you able to resolve this issue? Cause I'm experiencing the same. I had initiated withdrawal last sept 1, it was marked as completed last sept 5 but until now it hasn't reflected on my bank account. This was my second time withdrawing funds via the same bank so I don't know what happened
