Payapl / Coinbase transfers

I get this message when trying to transfer from Coinbase to Paypal :

This PayPal account is linked to another Coinbase account. Only one PayPal account may be used per Coinbase account. Try linking a different PayPal account.

I have only one account and it has worked without incident in the past. Any ideas?

Has anybody found a solution? 

Coinbase has the worst customer service though.

Yep, I had this problem too. Fixed by removing the linked account and re-linking.
