PayPal request payment screen is just blank

Hello. The request payment screen is just blank. Cleared cookies, cache, tried from several browsers. Tried from mobile phone, from another computer. Everywhere is the same problem. Please advice.

As you haven't added your country to your profile (so we can see when we hover over your username) or said in your post which country you are in so unfortunately its hard for us to advise. You also have not said your account type.
Paypal varies a great deal country to country so you need to tell us where you are on this worldwide community forum.

Thanks for the quick response. How does the country and account type depends on it? Isn't it expected to show any message, instead of blank screen? Is it a normal behavior?
Short off-topic:
PayPal as a service itself is getting worse and worse. Just passed a survey, offered by PayPal. Answered several questions. And got the response "An error occurred, and your survey response was not submitted.". That's awful. Who are those managers and programmers who create this product?

As you don't want to give me that info so I can advise then I suggest you contact customer services.
Contact options for each countries Paypal customer services are accessed by clicking help/contact bottom left of Paypal pages.
1. Paypal phones (you can use the guest option if you can't log in).
2. Live chat is also randomly available.
3. You can send them a message, (during business hours you may also be able to message whilst logged out).
4. Have you considered contacting Customer Service via Facebook or Twitter?
You can send them a private direct message via Social Media on Facebook, Twitter/X, or Instagram pages.
