For the past year plus I have not been able to use pay in 4 option. Have been given the option from different merchants but once it can't verify my address( where I have moved for 37 yrs) I receive a message that my application could not be processed. I have asked pay pal to look into it but I have been getting the run around with them. Iam considering closing my acct with PayPal. Anyone else having this issue?
