I have had a Pay in 4 payment come out even when I did not complete the transaction and decided against buying what I had planned to. Will this just get refunded? It's currently in "pre authorisation" Just to be clear I didn't complete the transaction, but the payment still came out.

Depends what it says on your PAYPAL account?
Is it pending on there or just in your funding source?
Advice is voluntary.
Kudos / Solution appreciated.

This is a temporary authorisation to make sure your payment method can cover the payment. Your payment method will be charged when Pay in 4 completes your order. This is the exact description, money has been taken from my funding source.

Then if the order is not completed funds should go back to your funding source.
